Send item content to Microsoft Flow using workflow Actions and Commands.

There is a custom workflow Action called "Sitecore Flow Action".

You just need to specify HTTP Trigger URL and all of the item fields, as well as item URL will be posted to the Flow.

The user will see the standard Sitecore UI and will be able to trigger integrations by clicking corresponding buttons.

At the Microsoft Flow side, you'll use standard HTTP Trigger:
