@dericksozo I dont think we should call these plugins official. on the pricing pages we refer to them as community plugins

This is an overhaul of the plugins section for the Amplication documentation. The old version had pages spread between the Getting Started, How To, and Plugin Development sections. The fact that so many pages were spread out made it harder to navigate.
This new version combines all Plugin-related content under a single new section "Plugins". This should make it much easier for developers to navigate. Sections are re-written and the appropriate links to sections like the Custom Plugin Architecture section, and the Event Reference are more clear.
All URLs remain the same so all existing links to the docs will be OK.
This PR takes care of #368
