(docs): Making it clear that this feature is only available for the Enterprise edition.

@dericksozo @mulygottlieb - Let's merge this change only after the reserve trail + new packaging are implemented.

  1. Changing this PR to draft for now so it won't get accidentally merged before we want it to.
  2. I commented on a sibling PR, that right now the DB import is available on all plans. I know that in the new packaging plan it should move to Enterprise only - just pointing it out.
