Welcome to my personal portfolio! This portfolio showcases my journey, skills, and projects as a junior machine learning engineer and computer engineer graduate. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science at Özyeğin University and looking for new opportunities in machine learning, data science, and related fields.

Overview

This is a simple portfolio website to highlight my skills, projects, and experiences. The main purpose is to provide a central place for potential employers or collaborators to get to know my work and contact me for opportunities.

Installation and Setup

Follow these steps to run this portfolio on your local machine:

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/dembasowfr/next-js-portfolio.git

2. Navigate into the project directory:

   cd your-portfolio

3. Open the index.html file:

   Open index.html in your preferred browser or use a local server like Live Server in VS Code.

4. Run a local server (Optional):

   If you're using a backend (e.g., Node.js or Express), run the local server:

   npm install
   npm start

• Home: A quick introduction with a downloadable CV.
• About: An overview of my education, skills, and professional background.
• Services: Information about the services I offer such as machine learning, data science, and more.
• Portfolio: Showcases my projects with links to GitHub or live versions.
• Blogs: A section where I share my insights and thoughts on various topics.
• Contact: A simple contact form to reach out to me.

Future Improvements

• Implement blog post CRUD operations if not done yet.
• Add more interactive features such as a dynamic portfolio page using APIs.
• Optimize the site for faster loading times and better SEO.
