Making this PR in response to some users who have come in confused about these things recently.

Solo crunching guide now mentions that the project they change their username on must not be greylisted. Users were changing their name at greylisted projects and being confused as to why their beacons did not activate.
It also mentions how rewards work and how to claim them.
