This is a MediaWiki skin for the hackspace. It lives in GitHub at https://github.com/hackerdeen/MediaWiki_Skin_57n. The wiki is probably online at https://wiki.57north.org.uk/. There is a wiki page about the wiki at https://wiki.57north.org.uk/index.php/Projects:Wiki. Is it targetted at MediaWiki 1.25 and later. It is based on the example skeleton skin at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Skin:Example .

- Extract the
fiftysevennorth
directory to the skins directory of your wiki. - Adjust the LocalSettings.php loading the skin like
wfLoadSkin( 'fiftysevennorth' );
- Adjust the LocalSettings.php setting the default skin like
$wgDefaultSkin = "fiftysevennorth";
- Adjust the LocalSettings.php setting, the logo like
$wgLogo = "$wgResourceBasePath/resources/assets/logo_289x100.png";

- Install MediaWiki
- Create a symlink to your working copy from the MediaWiki location, like
ln -s /home/andy/57north/MediaWiki_Skin_57n/fiftysevennorth /var/www/html/mediawiki/skins

wfLoadSkin( 'fiftysevennorth' );
- Adjust the LocalSettings.php setting the default skin like
