copying the files in order to translate them later
For now, the jupyter notebooks are not translated yet.
Module 3 fully translated to brazilian portuguese and up-to-date with the main commits of the original repo
Conclusion of the translation regarding the fourth module
A file (project\README.md) was not saved properly, now it should be appearing on the repo
