The first versioned release!

Hi, friends!

We are so excited to announce you that from now we have a set of workflows and scripts (#352) to tag and release a version! Each time we manually dispatch the workflow "release-deploy", all conventional commits between last release and this release will be written into the release body like below, and then the new version will be submitted to extension store automatically.
