Parallel implementation of Maximum Parsimony algorithm for building phylogeny trees
This project has the following specification: Parallel Maximum Parsimony algorithm on a CPU or GPU, and compare results to already existing implementation in MATLAB. Use language of preference, for either CPU or GPU.
