Laravel api-time

Is a simple API for to format a time to UTC format.

Install

• RENAME project/.env.example to .env
• RUN composer install
• RUN php artisan key:generate

Test

• RUN php artisan test

Run

• RUN php artisan serve
• OPEN http://localhost:8000
