How to explore pre‐analyzed single‐cell datasets

This mode allows users to interactively explore a pre-analyzed single-cell dataset in one of the accepted formats and kana will load the existing results into the browser for further exploration.

We expect the dataset to contain atleast one reduced dimension (either t-SNE or UMAP or anything else) available in the results. Apart from that, the interface should be very familiar as described in How to explore results section.
