Getting started with Jupyter for UNC (Pharmaco)Epidemiology

This Wiki is to help new users get configured with Jupyter Lab (Notebook) in the UNC environment. We are going to specifically try and establish connections with the pharmacoepi server where MarketScan data are housed, with all proper UNC authentication standards.

We will use this wiki to document our experience (positive and negative), with an eye towards generating a private site that provides instructions to future UNC epidemiologists, which can also be collectively updated as tech, security, tools, and requirements evolve. Feel free to create wiki pages ("New Page" generates a markdown page that shows up on the menu on the right) and edit and organize. No hierarchy here! Just do what you think will help yourself and others.
