Changes:

• Fixed rank and point requirements
• When rank and/or points requirement is enabled rtv will only count players that can vote
• Added VIP override, sm_rtv_vipoverwrite (feature disabled by default)
• Added One Player override, if there is only one player on server s/he can rtv without any restrictions, sm_rtv_oneplayer (feature enabled by default)

• Added AutoExecConfig by @Impact123 - don't worry if you don't know what it does, i also have no idea 🤣
• Added Colorlib by @c0rp3n 🌈
• Added prefix - so now if you setup in the surftimer ck_chat_prefix it will look nice (will add a function to disable later [maybe])
• Added check to prevent maps that are not on server from appearing in votings 🗺️

Quick guide to Vote Extend:

• Download the .smx files
• IMPORTANT !!! Make sure that the timer you use has deleted Vote Extend function IMPORTANT !!!
