* bump compat TermInterface to v2

* fix deprication warning

* dowgrade TermInterface@v0.4

* replace `istree` with `iscall`

* replace `concrete_symtype` with `symtype`

* Replace similarterm by maketerm and update to new method signature

* fix typo in `maketerm`

* Avoid extra call to typeof in maketerm

* Add missing symtype overload for averages
