Adds the following feature

  • Allow a casing depth to be set, above which no leaching will occur.
  • Move enums to separate package
  • Allow casing/tubing sizes to be grouped into the [defaults] section automatically.

This feature will prevent leaching above a certain depth in the model, modeling a casing. While this feature will not handle vertical leaching once a casing shoe has been fully exposed, it does provide the ability to model leaching directly below a shoe without using a kludge of putting a blanket at the shoe depth which causes other model artifacts.
