TipEmUp is a tip calculator application for iOS.

The following required functionality is complete:
- User can enter a bill amount, choose a tip percentage, and see the tip and total values.
- Settings page to change the default tip percentage.
The following optional features are implemented:
- UI animations
- Remembering the bill amount across app restarts (if <10mins)
- Using locale-specific currency and currency thousands separators
- Making sure the keyboard is always visible and the bill amount is always the first responder. This way the user doesn't have to tap anywhere to use this app. Just launch the app and start typing.
The following additional features are implemented:
- Remebers currency preferences
- Designed the app with the pleasant color scheme
- App Logo to match the design of app & launch screen
- "Help me decide" feature to suggest tip %
- Alogorithm to map ratings to a tip %

Learning to create an iOS app for the very first time was a great experience. It obviously was difficult as i had to unlearn a few things which i carried over from developing Android apps. But i loved every bit of it. I had added icons for the app but it did not end up showing, a fix on the card for consequent versions.
