🚚 Restructure legal content and update terms and conditions

- 🎨 Moved \`index.md\` to \`terms-n-conditions\` folder
- 📝 Updated terms and conditions content, including governing law and limitation of liability
- 🔧 Updated terms link in \`languages.en.toml\`
- ➕ Added \`cc.logo.svg\`

Note: File move was done outside of Git, resulting in separate delete and add operations.
