1) Create a new DB ("db019")
2) Create a user with full access to a new baase ("root") and give him a pass("root", optional)
3) Import structure.sql into a newly created DB
4) Change credentials in includes/config.php
5) chmod a+rwX templates_c
6) mkdir templates_c && chmod 777 templates_c
