Together, they will defeat all enemies and find a way to go home.

Game Pillars

Gameplay Features

From the main game pillars, we will focus on them primarily. And they are the following:

RPG Turn Battle system

In this video game, it will feature RPG Turn Battle system, meaning that every single actor on the fight, will havbe their own turn to act in order to win the fight. They will be able to attack, defend, use magic or even use consumable items. Depending on the level the player is, the battle will be more complicated.

Exploration

Another main pillar that the game will feature, will be exploration. Almost every single point in the game will feature exploration, that means that in order to go to point A to point B, he will need to traverse to certain dungeons, caves, forests, time-space dimentions, etc. If the player finds a secret place within this locations, he will be rewarded according on how difficult it is to find the secret place. Also, these places will feature puzzles, in which you can find here.

Story driven

A game that will explain to the player an adventurous story that has some protagonists. We will emphasize the appearing notable characters and we will also design quests that aren't just those secondary quests that one does in order to gather resources. We will create memorable secondary quests in order to achieve a better user experience.

Parody of an JRPG

Most of the JPRG games have practically the same structure, so us, as JRPG enjoyers, we thought that making a parody of JRPG in an humoristic way, can change the homogeneity of the genre.

Characters

Antonio García López

He is a student from Santa Isabel de Almería. He always wears the students uniform and dreams of having an adventure someday.

Yonatan Dos Santos

Better known as "er Yona", he is a cani from the Dominican Republic who loves golden jewelry, flat caps, and hanging out (most of the time skipping class) with his best friend Antonio.

Rocío Moreno Gómez

Rocio is a studious girl, but has some of the worst grades in all of 2nd B. She likes nature and bright colors like pink, and she always tries to dress with some floral decoration in her hair.

Sayori Sakamoto

Sayori is an exchange student from Japan but she has family in Spain. She is very shy and has few friends, and she likes to wear white to go unnoticed although she usually wears a headband with cat ears. Deep down, she is a big manga fan and is a dedicated cosplayer.

Aether α

Aether is a mysterious man, not much is known about him except that he does not come from the parallel world either. He always wears a trench coat and dons a huge mechanical right arm.

Enemies

Balphogor, demonist antagonist of the Underworld full of the Undead and reigner of all-kinds-of-life and a bit more

The main antagonist of "Return". He is a big threat to Ardtlandt since he wants to reign over all kinds of life. At the beginning, he only wants to reign over Ardtlandt, but at some point of the main story, he will be notified of an unknown dimension (the dimensions where the protagonists come from) and he will also want to reign over it.

Bats

Typical annoying bats that you can find in any cave. But maybe they are just experiments of some crazy scientist. A mix of a cyborg and a bat. They are weak to physical attacks.
