Dynamic settings

Some of the settings can be changed by the administrator on the general settings page:

• Submission deadline: The deadline before reservations have to be done in order to be able to make reservation for the next day.
• Submission timespan: How long to the future user will be able to make reservation. So eventhough you would have placed supervision sessions for whole year, users are able to reserve only times that fulfills the timespan requirement.
• Amount of default tokens: Amount of active reservations every user can have.
• Nightslot preparation time (minutes): Machines that doesn't require active supervision may have nightslot at the end of the supervision session. This setting effects on how long the setup time will be for it.
• Nightslot Threshold time (minutes): If there is only e.g. half hour break, you might not want to generate the nightslot
