Final results

All the running analyses and, in the end, their results are shown in the Jobs section that is available from our dashboard. In the Jobs section, it is possible to monitor the progress of all the analyses and get the final results. Specifically, besides each analysis, there are several icons that give the opportunity to

  • see the logs of the analysis;
  • see the mapped reads along the reference genome using our interactive genomic browser (based on JBrowse 2);
  • see the final report with several figures and tables;
  • save the final report;
  • navigate the results from the output folders (see below the list of output files produced by RNAdetector).

NOTE: BAM files produced during the alignment step can also be downloaded by users.

Output files - Differential expression analysis

Navigating through the graphical final report of the differential expression analysis users can download:

  • Harmonized raw count matrix;
  • Normalized count matrix;
  • Whole results table for each comparison;
  • DEGs list for each comparison;
  • Several plots (shown in the final reports).

Output files- Pathway analysis

Navigating through the graphical final report of the pathway analysis users can download:

  • Whole pathway analysis results table;
  • Several plots (shown in the final reports).
