RNAdetector is a user-friendly software for the analysis of RNA-Seq data.

The software can perform several analysis such as:

• Quantification and normalization
• Differential expression analysis
• miRNA-sensitive topological pathway analysis.

It supports several species such as Human, Mouse and C.elegans that are available for download in our remote repository.

Furthermore, any other organism can be easily added by uploading their genomes and genomic annotations, or transcriptome following the step-by-step procedures detailed in the user interface.
