LandoltC 3D detection

How to run

Execute roslaunch pandora_vision_landoltc predator-landoltc3d_standalone.launch. An image bold.jpg depicting a 2D landoltC must exist in the pandora_vision_landoltc folder.

In order for the node robot must be in state 2 : rosrun state_manager state_changer 2
